Job Duties
- supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to deliver on the business plan
- maintain in-depth knowledge of operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety and compliance standards are met
- manage seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, processes, and prioritizing tasks
- collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
- leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales and enhance associate engagement
- drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, cleanliness, staffing, compliance, and merchandise display
- teach and train team members to develop skills, encourage career growth, and source new talent
- promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards
- lead and participate in teams to coordinate work, provide feedback, and help others adapt to change
- embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
- maintain integrity and accountability in all actions
- prioritize customer service excellence and balance short and long-term priorities
