  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • ability to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to deliver on the business plan
  • maintain in-depth knowledge of operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety and compliance standards are met
  • manage seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, processes, and prioritizing tasks
  • collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
  • leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales and enhance associate engagement
  • drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, cleanliness, staffing, compliance, and merchandise display
  • teach and train team members to develop skills, encourage career growth, and source new talent
  • promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards
  • lead and participate in teams to coordinate work, provide feedback, and help others adapt to change
  • embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
  • maintain integrity and accountability in all actions
  • prioritize customer service excellence and balance short and long-term priorities
