Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team

Job Duties

  • Supervises team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to drive business success
  • Communicates department goals, executes company programs, and adheres to policies advocating for members, associates, and the company
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Leverages digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experiences, and enhance associate engagement using handheld technology for immediate business decisions
  • Drives business results by maintaining operational excellence, planning for profitability, ensuring a safe work environment, appropriate staffing, audit accuracy, and effective merchandise presentation
  • Engages with other departments and third-party partners to ensure operational continuity and problem resolution
  • Teaches and trains team members by identifying needs, developing skills, encouraging career growth, sourcing talent, and promoting compliance with company policies and ethical standards
