Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
  • Communicate the goals of the department and execute company programs
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
  • Manage seasonality in production and prioritize time between areas
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Utilize digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area and ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Produce and display merchandise according to the layout plan
  • Engage with other departments and third-party partners for operational continuity
  • Teach and train team members by identifying training needs and encouraging career growth
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and improve performance
  • Promote and support compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity
  • Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work, meet timelines, and adapt to change
