Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
- Communicate the goals of the department and execute company programs
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
- Manage seasonality in production and prioritize time between areas
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure effective resource allocation
- Utilize digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Produce and display merchandise according to the layout plan
- Engage with other departments and third-party partners for operational continuity
- Teach and train team members by identifying training needs and encouraging career growth
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and improve performance
- Promote and support compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity
- Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work, meet timelines, and adapt to change
