Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work full time
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise the Prepared Foods and Café team including the rotation of associates through fresh areas and managing member needs
- Ensure prepared foods area meets company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety and compliance
- Manage seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, processes, and prioritizing production areas
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide necessary resources, training, and knowledge sharing
- Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement
- Maintain operational excellence by planning for profitability, staffing, audit compliance, and merchandising according to layout plans
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance skills and support career growth, and develop processes to meet business needs
