Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
- successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments

Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- ability to lead, train and develop associates
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience with digital tools for business decision-making

Job Duties
- Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments
- facilitates rotations through different fresh areas
- manages members needs to deliver on the business plan
- communicates the goals of the department
- executes company programs
- adheres to policies and advocates for the member, associate and company
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of business operations including quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety and compliance
- Manages seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, processes, and production specifications
- Collaborates with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
- Leverages digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience and enhance associate engagement
- Drives business results through operational excellence, profitability planning, staffing, compliance, and merchandising
- Teaches and trains the team, identifies training needs and fosters career growth
- Develops and implements business processes by collaborating across teams and monitoring progress
- Supports compliance with company policies, ethics and integrity
- Leads and participates in teams to deliver quality work
- Embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging
- Acts with integrity and maintains high ethical standards
