Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in fresh production department or supervising a team
  • Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments successfully within the prescribed timeframe
  • Willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks related to food production environment for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise the prepared foods and café team by managing daily operations and rotations
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for quality, sanitation, safety, and inventory
  • Collaborate with associates and third-party vendors to maintain operational continuity
  • Utilize digital technology to plan sales strategies and improve customer experience
  • Develop and train team members by identifying skill gaps and providing necessary resources
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies
  • Drive business results through operational excellence, staffing management, and merchandise presentation
