Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
- Ability to comply with company policies and regulatory standards
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
Job Qualifications

- Food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food production, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments facilitating rotations and managing member needs to meet business goals
- Maintain knowledge of business floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, sanitation, safety and compliance standards
- Manage seasonality in production, recipes and processes, prioritizing time between areas
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide necessary resources and training
- Utilize digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience and make business decisions
- Ensure operational excellence through planning, staffing, merchandise display and compliance
- Teach, train and develop team members to deliver high-quality products and encourage career growth
