Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Food handler certification (food safety) is preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology for business operations

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie by facilitating rotations and managing member needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business floor and backroom operations ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manage seasonality in production including new products, recipes, processes, and specifications prioritizing time effectively
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide necessary resources and training to ensure operational efficiency
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, enhance shopping experience, and improve associate engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining clean and safe work areas, appropriate staffing levels, accurate audits, and merchandise presentation
  • Teach and train team members, identify training needs, encourage career growth, and assist with talent acquisition
