Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time if hired

Job Duties
- Supervise the team in prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and other fresh areas
- facilitate rotations and manage member needs to achieve business goals
- communicate department objectives and execute company programs
- maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations including quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance standards
- manage seasonality with new products, recipes, and production specifications
- collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training are available
- leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- plan for operational excellence including profitability, staffing, cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- engage with other departments and external business partners to ensure operational continuity
- teach and train the team, identify skills gaps, and encourage career growth
- develop and implement processes to meet business needs through collaboration
- promote and uphold company policies, ethics, and integrity
- lead and participate in teams, providing support, feedback, and adapting to change
