Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team

- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations including quality, inventory, sanitation, and compliance
- Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales and improve associate engagement
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence by planning for profitability and maintaining safe, clean work areas
- Teach and train team members while identifying training needs and sourcing new talent
- Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs and improve results
- Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
