Job Duties
- develops and supports membership by providing information on membership benefits
- promotes the value of company products and services
- processes memberships upgrades and credit accounts
- participates in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals
- maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines
- fulfills member fax n pull and click n pull orders accurately
- completes work assignments by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers and customers
- provides member service by acknowledging the member identifying their needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
