Job Requirements

  • 2 years’ of college or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace according to company policy

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University preferred
  • Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management mentoring hiring and firing preferred
  • Ability to communicate with impact energy and positivity
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to model and maintain high ethical standards

Job Duties

  • Initiates directs and participates in community outreach programs
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and maintains safety and asset protection controls
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring training mentoring and performance evaluation
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards using OBW service model
  • Assists store manager in driving financial performance including reviewing profit and loss statements and controlling expenses
  • Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and supports plans to meet customer and business needs
  • Promotes a culture of respect integrity and continuous improvement among associates
