Job Requirements
- 2 years’ of college or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work in a drug-free workplace according to company policy
Job Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University preferred
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management mentoring hiring and firing preferred
- Ability to communicate with impact energy and positivity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to model and maintain high ethical standards
Job Duties
- Initiates directs and participates in community outreach programs
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and maintains safety and asset protection controls
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring training mentoring and performance evaluation
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards using OBW service model
- Assists store manager in driving financial performance including reviewing profit and loss statements and controlling expenses
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and supports plans to meet customer and business needs
- Promotes a culture of respect integrity and continuous improvement among associates
