Job Requirements
- Two years of college or one year's retail experience and one year's supervisory experience or two years general work experience and one year's supervisory experience
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Job Qualifications
- Two years of college or one year retail experience and one year supervisory experience or two years general work experience and one year supervisory experience
- Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred
- Experience supervising five or more direct reports
- Proven ability in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop corrective plans
Job Duties
- Initiates and participates in community outreach programs
- Encourages and supports associates in community involvement
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyzes reports and implements asset protection and safety controls
- Oversees quality assurance and safety operational reviews
- Develops and executes action plans to correct deficiencies
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
- Models exceptional customer service standards
- Manages customer service initiatives and resolves complaints
- Assists store manager in driving financial performance
- Reviews and evaluates profit and loss statements
- Controls expenses and implements corrective financial plans
- Coordinates job-related activities and maintains stakeholder relationships
- Promotes a culture of respect, integrity, and belonging
- Supports and enforces company ethics and values
- Encourages continuous learning and process improvements
