- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
- 6 months customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Preferred experience in leading front-end teams including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload of others
Job Duties
- Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction on member service approaches
- Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, processing memberships and upgrades, encouraging renewals, participating in sales and marketing events
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, supporting self-service technology, assisting with transactions and club pick up orders
- Oversees assigned area by handling claims and returns, zoning and arranging merchandise, maintaining carts and flatbeds, assisting with item transportation, maintaining parking lot cleanliness
- Completes accounting records and transactions, provides funds for register operation, prepares deposits and oversees cash fund transfers, investigates cash register discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality
- Develops and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers and coworkers, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvement opportunities
- Promotes compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, supports Open Door Policy, assists management with ethical and compliance issues
- Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources and information, coordinating work assignments, providing feedback and support, modeling adaptability and change management
