Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift heavy objects and operate powered equipment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- compliance with company safety and ethical standards
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to adhere to a drug-free workplace policy

Job Duties
- complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
- collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
- identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- carry out tasks and communicate progress and information
- recommend ways to address improvement opportunities
- manage freight flow by manually and mechanically moving and loading freight
- operate equipment such as pallet jacks, lifts, and pacers
- identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight using warehouse management systems and scanners
- maintain records, logs, and forms
- comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- keep work area organized and maintain freight flow
- stack and move empty pallets using pallet jacks and/or powered equipment
- monitor freight for cold-chain and species compliance
- respect individual differences and foster a culture of belonging
- build strong team relationships and communicate positively
- support and mentor others
- uphold Walmart’s values and act with integrity
- put customers first while delivering results
- make informed decisions balancing short- and long-term priorities
- display curiosity, take calculated risks, and drive continuous improvements
