Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field and 2 years experience in retail operations or related field or 5 years experience in retail operations or related field
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to lead process improvement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to adapt to change and support continuous learning
- Commitment to ethical standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- Two years experience in retail operations or related field OR five years experience in retail operations or related field
- Management experience within Walmart operations preferred
- Experience in customer service environment preferred
- Familiarity with digital change initiatives preferred
- Knowledge of grocery retail operations preferred
- Project management skills preferred
- Retail management experience preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborates with stakeholders to obtain market research and data
- Reviews key performance indicators and builds action plans to improve performance
- Researches, evaluates, and analyzes data to identify operational and driver experience gaps
- Develops and implements solutions to improve program and process metrics
- Leads process improvement projects and utilizes data to provide insights
- Drives execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs
- Ensures team members have resources and talent needed to accomplish business initiatives
