Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or warehouse experience advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of company policies and legal regulations related to liquor sales preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by adhering to safety standards procedures and guidelines including safety sweeps and forklift spotting
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services
- Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, organizing, cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items
- Maintain sales floor in liquor area according to company policies including handling claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Maintain cash registers and lanes, reduce shrink by stocking supplies, follow company policies for identifying concealed merchandise, and work towards meeting frontend performance goals
- Follow company and legal policies for liquor sales by securing merchandise, maintaining signage, verifying member identification, and maintaining required paperwork and documentation
