Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to stocking and cleaning
- Must comply with legal requirements for liquor sales
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking inventory, setting up, cleaning and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items
- Maintain the sales floor in the liquor area by handling claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages in line with company policies and procedures
- Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures
- Maintain cash registers and lanes, reduce shrink by stocking register supplies, identifying concealed merchandise, and strive to meet frontend performance goals
- Follow company and legal policies for liquor sales by securing merchandise, maintaining signage, verifying member identification, and completing required documentation
