Job Requirements
- 2 years’ of college
- or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Successful completion of firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training, where applicable
- Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work in a drug-free workplace environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service excellence
- Experience in financial analysis and operational management
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards
- Manage financial performance by reviewing Profit and Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory management, and operational processes
- Hire, train, mentor, and supervise hourly associates while fostering a workplace culture of belonging
- Coordinate and complete job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders, and support business plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and values, promoting integrity and accountability
