Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management role within operations, distribution, logistics or retail environment
- Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers and supervisors
- Experience managing workload and participating in hiring and promotion facility-wide
- OR 2 years experience as Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager with relevant supervisory experience
- OR 5 years experience in senior management role in relevant environment with supervisory responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production or Operations Management
- Experience in senior management roles within operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising, mentoring, and developing managers and supervisors
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L
- Experienced in analyzing financial and operational data
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions
- Experience in employee hiring, promotion, and career development processes
Job Duties
- Manage the facilitys financial operations by authorizing and managing expenditures in relation to the budget
- Monitor asset use and generate and evaluate business reports
- Analyze and approve projected staffing plans to meet business goals
- Participate as a community liaison in local and community organizations and advocate for company programs and events
- Address associate, customer, and supplier issues by conducting investigations and making informed decisions
- Lead and direct the facilitys management team by setting direction, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- Develop and manage the facilitys business plans to achieve production, quality, and safety goals
- Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with supply chain and corporate quality and safety standards
- Facilitate partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including finance, merchandising, and transportation
- Train and develop self and others in operational leadership and continuous improvement practices
