Job Duties
- assist the Club Manager in directing and guiding the management and hourly associates on proper member service techniques
- oversee club operations in the absence of the club manager
- assist members with purchases and inquiries
- model and develop effective merchandise presentation including pricing and inventory control
- direct management team in facility operations ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- supervise and develop management and hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring
- uphold the company open door policy by addressing associate concerns and providing resolutions
- analyze reports and implement action plans for human resource compliance, asset protection, and operational improvements
- participate in community outreach and represent the company in external organizations
- delegate duties, review reports, lead facility tours, and make operational decisions under the club manager's guidance
- monitor financial performance including budgeting, expense control, and sales targets
- enforce food safety and merchandise quality standards
- build and maintain strong member relationships to support membership and sales growth
- coordinate job-related activities and assign duties to ensure business objectives are met
- ensure compliance with company policies, mission, and standards of ethics
