Job Duties

  • assist in supervising and developing management and hourly associates in the facility
  • monitor hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and recruitment
  • uphold company open door policy by resolving associate concerns and supporting policies
  • adhere to company and legal compliance regulations including human resources, asset protection, and safety controls
  • participate in community outreach and represent the company positively
  • delegate duties, review reports, create budgets, and make decisions with club manager guidance
  • monitor financial performance, assist in controlling expenses and wages, and participate in budgeting forecasts
  • support food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and merchandise quality control
  • contribute to membership and sales growth by building member relationships and motivating sales team
  • assist club manager in member service, complaint resolution, and club operations in the manager's absence
  • improve member experience through service modeling and effective merchandise presentation
  • direct management team in operations ensuring facility compliance and communicate company direction
  • coordinate job-related activities, develop relationships with stakeholders, support plans to meet business needs, and promote continuous learning
  • ensure adherence to company mission, ethics, and values including respect, integrity, and customer service
  • embrace diversity and foster a workplace culture of belonging
  • support talent attraction, retention, and recognition
