Job Duties
- Directs management team in all Facility operations including asset protection, inventory control, member service, and safety
- ensures compliance with Company policies and legal regulations
- drives membership and sales growth by developing and maintaining member relationships
- motivates and educates Membership Sales Team and associates on membership value and merchandise quality
- ensures excellent member experience through effective service and merchandise presentation
- manages financial performance by controlling expenses and wages, and improving budgets
- oversees food safety and merchandise quality compliance
- initiates and participates in community outreach programs representing Sam's Club
- supervises and develops management and hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition
- resolves member complaints and supports member service activities as needed
