Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience

  • understanding of food safety standards and compliance
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Job Duties

  • Directs management team in all Facility operations including asset protection, inventory control, member service, and safety
  • ensures compliance with Company policies and legal regulations
  • drives membership and sales growth by developing and maintaining member relationships
  • motivates and educates Membership Sales Team and associates on membership value and merchandise quality
  • ensures excellent member experience through effective service and merchandise presentation
  • manages financial performance by controlling expenses and wages, and improving budgets
  • oversees food safety and merchandise quality compliance
  • initiates and participates in community outreach programs representing Sam's Club
  • supervises and develops management and hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition
  • resolves member complaints and supports member service activities as needed
