Job Requirements

- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills to provide customer service
- Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use various decorating tools
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Make immediate decisions on production merchandise ordering and training
- Drive bakery performance ensuring quality and date control
- Prepare for seasonal bakery volume events and identify member needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Model high-quality service and products
- Support team members by training and mentoring
- Comply with company policies and ethical standards
