Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- at least 6 months experience in fresh production area
- ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- comply with company safety and drug free workplace policies
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in fresh production or bakery area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools preferred
- ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- understanding of food safety and sanitation
- proficiency with digital tools for inventory and ordering

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality
- follow recipe measurements and decorative instructions
- work with decorating tools to create floral and lettering designs on bakery items
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- operate and maintain bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools for merchandise ordering and decision making
- drive bakery performance by controlling quality and waste
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
- comply with company policies and maintain ethical standards
- complete work assignments and communicate progress effectively
