Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • at least 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • comply with company safety and drug free workplace policies
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months experience in fresh production or bakery area
  • knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools preferred
  • ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • proficiency with digital tools for inventory and ordering

  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
  • plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality
  • follow recipe measurements and decorative instructions
  • work with decorating tools to create floral and lettering designs on bakery items
  • adhere to food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
  • operate and maintain bakery equipment
  • leverage digital tools for merchandise ordering and decision making
  • drive bakery performance by controlling quality and waste
  • prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
  • promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
  • comply with company policies and maintain ethical standards
  • complete work assignments and communicate progress effectively
