Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to complete all job-required trainings and assessments successfully within prescribed times
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Capability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decorating

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in a fresh production area
- Strong creative skills in cake decorating preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficient in using bakery decorating tools and equipment
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and technology to support operations and sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service and maintain excellent in-stock levels
- Plan and produce bakery decorations ensuring quality and accuracy according to recipes and instructions
- Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment while managing inventory effectively
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and enhancing member experience
- Take ownership of bakery area performance including waste elimination, event preparation, and resolving member concerns
