Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurement instructions and maintain food safety standards
- operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- utilize handheld technology to drive sales and improve member experience
- manage inventory and control shrinkage
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
