Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and customer service
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accurate decorative designs
- follow recipe instructions and use decorating tools to create flowers and lettering
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- use digital tools for sales, ordering, and quality decisions
- manage bakery performance including waste elimination and seasonal event preparation
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- model high-quality service and train associates
- comply with company policies and communicate work progress and improvements
