Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
- Physical capability to operate bakery equipment and perform decorating tasks
- Willingness to adapt to seasonal demand changes and scheduling needs
Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with digital and handheld technology
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards
- Team oriented with a focus on customer service
- Capability to work flexible hours including holidays and peak seasons
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and operate decorating tools to create flowers and lettering
- Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation guidelines and cold chain procedures
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Manage inventory and merchandise ordering with handheld technology
- Address member needs assist with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Train develop and mentor associates to enhance team performance
- Implement company policies and maintain standards of ethics and integrity
- Deliver excellent customer service and support positive workplace culture
- Adapt to change and support continuous improvement efforts
