Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • compliance with company policies and drug-free workplace guidelines

  • ability to operate bakery decorating tools and equipment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • basic digital literacy for using handheld technology

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
  • maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
  • plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools
  • ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
  • use handheld technology for business decisions
  • drive bakery area performance ensuring quality and date control
  • eliminate waste and prepare for seasonal events
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
  • act as a brand advocate supporting high quality service and products
  • assist in training and development of associates
  • comply with company policies and ethics
  • complete work assignments by collaborating and communicating with managers and co-workers
  • adapt to changes and provide feedback
