Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools
- ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- use handheld technology for business decisions
- drive bakery area performance ensuring quality and date control
- eliminate waste and prepare for seasonal events
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- act as a brand advocate supporting high quality service and products
- assist in training and development of associates
- comply with company policies and ethics
- complete work assignments by collaborating and communicating with managers and co-workers
- adapt to changes and provide feedback
