Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bakery work
- Commitment to uphold company policies and ethical standards
- Must comply with drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Skilled in cake decorating techniques such as piping, lettering, and design
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
- Proficient with digital tools for production and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment following food safety and sanitation standards
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and enhance member experience
- Monitor inventory levels, control shrinkage, and manage cold chain compliance
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Support and mentor associates, fostering a respectful, team-oriented work environment
