Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Educate associates on bakery tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipes and bakery measurement instructions
- Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and control shrinkage
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions and merchandising
- Prepare for seasonal events affecting bakery volume
- Assist members with product choices and resolve concerns
- Promote a respectful and supportive team environment
- Maintain company policies, ethics, and integrity
- Participate in continuous improvement and adaptability initiatives
