Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in fresh production or bakery area
  • Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
  • Ability to use bakery tools and equipment safely

  • Basic computer skills for digital tool usage

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service
  • Educate associates on bakery tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipes and bakery measurement instructions
  • Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and control shrinkage
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize digital tools for production decisions and merchandising
  • Prepare for seasonal events affecting bakery volume
  • Assist members with product choices and resolve concerns
  • Promote a respectful and supportive team environment
  • Maintain company policies, ethics, and integrity
  • Participate in continuous improvement and adaptability initiatives
