Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- Compliance with company policies, ethics, and Open Door Policy
- Availability to maintain food safety and quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to upholding integrity and respect in the workplace
Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques including use of decorating bags and nozzles
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Competency in using handheld technology and digital tools
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production to ensure quality and consistency in decorative designs
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately for cake decoration
- Manage food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to improve sales and member experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
