Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and assist in educating associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles to create detailed designs
- Maintain food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to support sales and ordering decisions
- Drive bakery area performance by managing quality waste and member satisfaction
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their concerns
- Model high quality service and products and collaborate to train and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- Communicate progress carry out tasks and adapt to change and feedback
