Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment following food safety standards
- Utilizes digital tools to enhance sales and improve member experience
- Drives bakery performance by managing quality, date control, and waste
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Trains, mentors, and supports team members promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment
