- minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
- ability to work collaboratively with others

- experience with cake decorating preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- plan bakery production ensuring quality and consistency
- decorate bakery items using various tools and techniques
- adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- maintain inventory and control shrinkage
- operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools for production and ordering decisions
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- mentor and develop associates while promoting a respectful, team-oriented culture
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
- complete assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members
