Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- Be flexible to the needs of the business while maintaining in-stock levels and controlling shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, merchandising, training, and product quality
- Drive bakery area performance by ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues and concerns
- Act as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and encouraging associate engagement
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while completing work assignments and collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Embrace diversity and respect individuals by building strong, trusting relationships and promoting a culture of belonging
- Maintain and promote high integrity, ethics, and compliance standards
- Deliver results while putting the customer first and balancing short and long term priorities
