Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Physical ability to perform bakery tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Cake decorating experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience using digital and handheld technology advantageous
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality
- Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment
