- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accurate decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- Drive bakery area performance focusing on quality, waste elimination, and member satisfaction
