Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bakery operations and customer service
- Educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources for effective bakery production
- Plan and produce bakery items ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards
- Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative designs on cakes and baked goods
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment while managing inventory and controlling waste
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to enhance production and member engagement
- Prepare for seasonal events and assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
