Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- six months experience in fresh production area
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform decorating tasks including standing for extended periods
- adherence to company policies and standards of ethics

- minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe and measurement instructions for decorating bakery items
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment ensuring food safety and sanitation
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- manages inventory and controls shrinkage in the bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
