Job Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and work with decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production merchandise ordering and product quality
- Drive bakery performance ensuring quality control and waste elimination
- Prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes and assist members with purchasing and resolving concerns
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting high quality service and products
- Train develop influence and inspire associates fostering a respectful supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- Complete work assignments collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other partners
- Embrace workplace diversity create inclusive culture and help attract talent
