Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge of bakery production and decorating techniques preferred

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and work with decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
  • Adhere to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
  • Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production merchandise ordering and product quality
  • Drive bakery performance ensuring quality control and waste elimination
  • Prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes and assist members with purchasing and resolving concerns
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting high quality service and products
  • Train develop influence and inspire associates fostering a respectful supportive team environment
  • Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards
  • Complete work assignments collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other partners
  • Embrace workplace diversity create inclusive culture and help attract talent
