Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality and consistency in decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Maintain adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Leverage digital tools and handheld technology for decision-making related to production and merchandise ordering
  • Drive bakery performance through quality control, waste elimination, seasonal event preparation, and resolving member issues
