- Ability to follow recipes and use decorative tools

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to use digital tools and handheld devices for business operations
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and consistency in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Maintain adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology for decision-making related to production and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery performance through quality control, waste elimination, seasonal event preparation, and resolving member issues
