Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Willingness to complete all required training and assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle bakery equipment safely
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in a fresh production area
- Experience with cake decorating preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Understanding of sanitation and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan and execute bakery production ensuring quality and design accuracy
- Use digital tools to enhance sales and associate engagement
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment following safety guidelines
- Drive bakery performance focusing on quality control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Model high quality service and support team development and training
