Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicate and develop interpersonal customer service skills
- maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- follow recipe measurements and use decorating bags tips and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- adhere to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
- operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve member experience
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- manage bakery performance including quality and date control standards
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- act as a talent ambassador modeling high quality service and products
- train develop mentor and support other associates
- comply with company policies ethics and integrity standards
- complete work assignments prioritizing company objectives
- embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
- communicate effectively motivating and influencing others
