Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe instructions and utilize decorating tools for flowers and lettering on bakery items
- Maintain adherence to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology for merchandising ordering training and quality control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Prepare for seasonal events affecting bakery volume
- Promote high quality service and model company values to associates
- Comply with company policies procedures and ethics standards
- Complete assignments using data policies and collaboration with business partners
- Embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging within the workplace
- Build strong team relationships and communicate effectively
- Maintain integrity and accountability in all business practices
