Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative design accuracy
- Decorate bakery items using various tools and equipment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to enhance production, ordering, and training
- Manage bakery performance ensuring quality control, inventory management, and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues related to bakery products
- Model high-quality service and products, train and mentor associates, and uphold company policies and ethical standards
