Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to operate bakery equipment and perform decorating tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan and execute bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve production
  • Manage inventory and control waste effectively
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
