Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate associates on tools and resources
- communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service

- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurements
- use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create cake decorations
- ensure food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- understand product and layout execution
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilize handheld technology for production and merchandise ordering decisions
- adapt to and encourage use of new technology
- drive bakery area performance by ensuring quality and date control
- eliminate waste
- prepare for seasonal events affecting bakery volume
- identify member needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- resolve member issues and concerns
- act as a talent ambassador by modeling high quality service and products
- interact with associates to identify roadblocks and assist in training
- develop and inspire team-oriented working styles
