Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless bakery operations
- Educate and support associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan and execute bakery production with attention to quality and decorative design accuracy
- Follow recipes and use bakery tools such as decorating bags, tips, and nozzles proficiently
- Maintain adherence to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment effectively
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to enhance sales and shopping experience
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control, waste reduction, and preparation for seasonal events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Model high quality service and product standards while fostering a respectful and supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and safety standards
- Communicate progress, collaborate with managers and team members, and adapt to changes
- Support a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Act as a talent ambassador and brand advocate within the bakery and broader club environment
